Kelsey Norris was awarded a European Union Fellowship to attend the Summer Language Institute at the University of Pittsburgh this summer (2015). She will be studying Polish as part of her preparation for a dissertation tentatively entitled " Displaced Persons and the Politics of Family Reunification in the Postwar Soviet Bloc."
