Yakov Feygin was awarded a fellowship from the Harvard Joint Center for History and Economics to support research on his dissertation, "Building a Ruin: Soviet Economic Reform and the International Political Economy of the Soviet Collapse, 1956-1993." He will be working in the Bundesarchiv in Berlin.
