Roberto Saba (PhD 2017) has recently accepted a tenure-track position in American Studies at Wesleyan University. Roberto’s dissertation was titled: "American Mirror: The United States and the Empire of Brazil in the Age of Emancipation." His committee was: Prof. Steve Hahn (Advisor); Prof. Eiichiro Azuma; Prof. Stephanie McCurry; and Prof. Angela Alonso (University of São Paulo).
